TALKS
I ride long distances through deserts, mountains, and remote places where resupplies are scarce and mistakes can be costly. Along the way, I’ve learned lessons about problem solving, resilience, and creativity that reach far beyond cycling. But also how to be gentle and embrace softness in tough situations.
In my talks, I share stories from ultra races and expeditions: riding days on end with little water, finding solutions when gear fails, or making the right call under pressure. These are lessons about resourcefulness and decision-making that apply as much to business and life as they do to the bike.
Possible Themes
Racing & Resilience – What it means to push limits in the toughest cycling events. How to use gentle and softness as a skill.
Learning by Doing – Building confidence and skill through trial, error, and persistence.
On-the-Spot Problem Solving – Finding solutions under pressure in high-stress conditions.
Creativity on the Bike – How long days in the saddle spark new ideas and ways of seeing.
Format
I offer talks ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour, tailored to conferences, companies, and community events. Each presentation includes striking visuals from my rides and space for Q&A.
